Ok guys. I’m in Mexico… Yes! You heard me right… I’m in Mexico.

View of General Cepeda, the town we are currently living in. Mexico is so much like Goa, with a lot of friendly people, the houses also are so much like the ones back home in Goa.

So I’ve completed two months of monster training and now it’s time to get into the field and do some real stuff.

So we go out into ranchos which are basically small villages of 10 to 15 families. We go door to door inviting people to their chapel and share a testimony and read the bible with them. So when we go inviting them we say in Spanish “Hola!! Buenos Tardes, Somos missionaros catholicos, Les Invitamos de la capilla por oracion aurita”. Which translates as, Hi! Good evening, we are catholic Mi$$ionaries, we’d like to invite you to the chapel for some prayers. Cool huh!! And when someone responds and talks to us or even ask us any questions we have only one answer, “Si”. Enough for now, I’ll update you’ll next week on some more stories.
